Lakeshore Rd.
I chose to take this picture because I loved the depth this picture has. I also liked the way the lighting hits the trees and creates shadows. While I was taking these pictures it was hard for me to find the best spot to take the picture so that it would create these shadows because the sun was very bright so it was messing up the focus. It was also difficult to find a good spot without getting his by cars. It was also freezing cold outside so my patience was limited. |

Frozen water
I took this picture because I was trying to find a spot like this where the trees were kind of hiding the lake so that it would give you this mysterious feeling about the picture. I was also trying to capture the color change in the trees. The green grass and the blue water created a nice contrast as well. This spot was the only place on the lake that was not covered by houses so I was trying to take a good picture with the lake and the trees. |
Water
I took a picture of the water because the sun light was reflecting on the water. The tree line in the back also creates this nice contrast between the lake and the sky. The clouds in the sky also looked very interesting since the top was blue but then as it got closer to the trees it gets whiter. The wind was making it difficult to take a picture because we have a willow tree in our yard and the leaves kept blowing in front of the camera. |

Reflections
I couldn't think about anything else to take a picture of since I had already takes a lot of pictures of trees. I remembered seeing this video on instagram of a person taking a picture in a puddle. The level of that I took the photograph makes you feel like the grass is bigger and taller than it actually is. It was difficult for me to just take a picture of the grass without getting any man made structures in the background. |
